The AA-05-PIR Audio Alert audibly delivers a pre-programmed message when triggered. The message is heard from a speaker integrated into the compact unit, which is triggered by one of the following options.
- Passive Infrared Detector (PIR)
- Application of 6 – 24VDC
- Programmed Timer
A keyswitch can be used to select one of the two recorded messages in the standard unit.
FULLY CUSTOM OPTIONS
One can choose optional features like volume control and the option to hear a single message upon triggering or to have messages repeated at predetermined intervals when placing an order. Repetition of the message can be delayed for up to one hour. The device can be returned to Lasermet to have a different message reprogrammed if it is only being used temporarily.
Additionally, Lasermet provides a compatible microphone system so that the client can record messages internally. Applications that need the messages to change frequently can benefit from this.
TAMPER-PROOF
The unit is as vandal-proof as possible through thorough construction. Using a tilt bracket and a padlock, the Audio Alert IP65 device is fixed in place. Tamper-proof adjustment screws are used on the tilt bracket.
